A: To insure that you secure your date and time, I recommend booking at least 12-16 months in advance for weddings/elopements and 3-5 months in advance for all other sessions. In short, the sooner, the better. It is never too early to secure your spot. 

A:YAY! Let's do this thing! You can submit an inquiry through the "Contact" form on my website. This is a great opportunity to tell me allllll of the things- date, location, vision, goals, expectations, your back story... I want to know everything! If you do not know all of the deets yet- no worries! After booking, I will send an in-depth questionnaire to discuss your needs & wants + the all of the little in between details. Please allow up to 72 hours after submitting your inquiry form to receive a response - not including weekends, as I am typically out shooting weddings!!!

A: ALWAYS! While we are shooting, your photos are continually being backed up on 2 separate drives. This insures that your photos are safe in the rare case that one of the drives corrupts. While this is SUPER rare, it is possible, therefore we play it safe and always have a backup copy of your photos! Then, after I return home from your session, I back up your photos one more time on an external hard drive, for a total of 3 separate copies. Rest assured that your photos are safe with me!

A: To reserve your date and time, you must first sign a contract and pay a retainer. Often times, I have multiple clients interested in the same dates, therefore I am unable to hold a date before booking. Retainers vary by session type: $1500 for all wedding and elopement packages, and 50% for all other session types. 

A: To secure your date there is a non-refundable retainer which varies by session type: $1500 for all wedding and elopement packages, and 50% for all other session types. WEDDINGS: After the initial $1500 retainer, wedding balances are due in two additional payments, one midway and the last one, two weeks before your wedding date.  SESSIONS: After the initial 50% retainer,  the remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before your shot date. 

A: My turn around time for weddings and elopements is 9-12 weeks & 3-4 weeks for all other sessions. While I want you to have your photos ASAP, I also want to insure that your photos look their very best. Post processing/editing is more than half of the magic. I promise it will be worth the wait. (:

A: Stop right there! Do not worry if you have never had professional photos taken before. Let loose & have fun- I will do all of the work! Through out your session I will provide prompts & direction to help pose you and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

A: HECK YES! A large part of my business includes traveling for weddings, elopements & adventure sessions. I do charge a travel fee to cover my travel expenses but I will offer a 40% discount on the travel fees for any of the following locations:
